    ACV-D Amphibious Combat Vehicle is a derivative model based on the new generation ACV amphibious combat vehicle platform of the United States Marine Corps, speculated to be an Engineering/Dragon Support or Special Mission type.
    It is used to supplement the capabilities of the ACV family in battlefield engineering support, obstacle removal, unmanned system collaboration, and other scenarios.
    It forms a complete amphibious combat equipment system with ACV-P, ACV-C, etc., jointly replacing the old AAV7 series and adapting to the needs of distributed coastal operations and expeditionary forward base operations in the Indo Pacific theater.
    As of 2026, ACV-D has not yet entered the official production and deployment sequence of the US military. The relevant information is mostly industry speculation and conceptual design, and its specific performance parameters and deployment plans are still to be disclosed by the US military officials.
