If you want to return or exchange the product due to quality reasons, we are always at your service!
If you pick up the goods at the pickup point, it is recommended to inspect the quality of the goods on the spot. After successful return, the refund will be made to the original payment method.

For returns not due to product quality issues, the buyer is responsible for the shipping fee.
Returned items must still have labels and be returned in their original packaging.

Our policy lasts 14 days from the DATE of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we are unable to accept your return generally, however, you can still negotiate with customer service.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
