Q: Which currency am I being charged when placing an order? What payment method is used?
A: All orders are settled in US dollars. Even if you choose another currency to browse our website, your order will be calculated in US dollars, and the exchange rate will be calculated based on the daily exchange rate.
At present, payment can be made through PayPal, credit card, and there is no doubt about its security.
Q: Do you Ship Internationally? What are the Shipping Fees?
A: We do ship internationally. Currently, Europe,North America, Asia, and Oceania.

Q: What is the delivery time required?
A: We offer highly competitive air shipping services from 4PX Worldwide Express to destinations around the world. Usually it takes 8-16 days to arrive,specific time depends on country after handling time.
We will choose other logistics methods for packages that cannot be delivered by 4PX or packages longer than 60cm, with a shipping time of approximately 10-20 days.
Q: Where to ship from?
A: Shipment from China. The address is usually 319 Xiang Jiang Dao, Yuhua District, Unit 103, Building 5, Unit 2, Shi Jia Zhuang Shi.
Q: What are the return and exchange policies?
A: Our policy lasts 14 days from the DATE of delivery.Specific details can be discussed with customer service.

Q: Are there any additional costs that will be due upon receipt of my order?
A: There are no sales taxes or hidden charges when you shop at modelhives.com. However, when products are delivered to your country from overseas, it is considered as importing. Some countries charge tax on certain imported products at certain quantity/value levels while some countries do not. Custom policies vary widely from country to country, and you should contact your local customs office for further information.
If you have to pay any taxes on the products you receive, the most common way is that the taxes are first paid at customs by the courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) and then you simply pay back the courier using cash or your credit card, when they deliver the products to your door.
