Delivery Policy

1) Available transportation methods：Generally 4PX Worldwide Express.  Delivery time: Usually it takes 8-16 days to arrive,specific time depends on country after handling time.

2) Pricing of transportation options：Free shipping. Currently, support transportation to Europe, America, Asia, and Oceania, Africa supports transportation to Egypt and Algeria, it can be delivered to countries that are not particularly remote.

3) The threshold for free delivery: Generally about 12$.

4) Processing time: Ship within 48 hours on weekdays, usually within 24 hours. Generally not shipped on Saturdays and Sundays (UTC+8).

5)Are there any additional costs that will be due upon receipt of my order?

There are no sales taxes or hidden charges when you shop at modelhives.com. However, when products are delivered to your country from overseas, it is considered as importing. Some countries charge tax on certain imported products at certain quantity/value levels while some countries do not. Custom policies vary widely from country to country, and you should contact your local customs office for further information.

If you have to pay any taxes on the products you receive, the most common way is that the taxes are first paid at customs by the courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) and then you simply pay back the courier using cash or your credit card, when they deliver the products to your door.
