Historical Background

• The T-64B Mod 1975 was a revolutionary upgraded variant of the T-64 series main battle tank, developed in the mid-1970s.
• It was equipped with 1A33 integrated fire control system and 9K112 "Kobra" gun-launched anti-tank missile, enabling the 125mm main gun to fire both conventional rounds and guided missiles.
• It retained the 3-man crew layout and automatic loader, fitted with improved composite armour for enhanced ballistic protection.
• This tank was exclusively issued to elite Soviet frontline tank divisions during the Cold War and was not exported to foreign countries.
