    • The Sd.Kfz.251 was the primary German half-track armoured personnel carrier of World War II.
    • The Ausf.D variant was the final mass-production version, introduced in 1943 with simplified hull design to speed manufacturing.
    • Powered by Maybach HL42 six-cylinder engine, it could carry up to 12 fully equipped infantry soldiers.
    • It was armed with twin MG42 machine guns for self-defense and fire support for dismounted troops.
