- This product is planned by the American dealer `Andy's Hobby Headquarters` and produced by Takom.
- The Achilles is a tank destroyer that was loan-leased from the US to the UK during World War II, replacing the main gun of the M10 with the Ordnance QF 17-pounder.
- Achilles was put into action during the Normandy Landing Operation in June 1944 and later deployed to British Commonwealth forces such as the Canadian and Polish forces, and was active on the Western and Italian fronts until the end of the war.
- After the war, it was supplied to Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark, Egypt, etc. During the Second Middle East War, the Egyptian army operated Achilles in the fight against the Israeli army, and some of them were captured by the Israeli army.
- A small number of Achilles were also used by the Canadian military during the Korean War.
- The kit comes with a metal gun barrel and a full-body figure, and the crawler belts can be connected and the suspension can be moved.]
