During the Pacific War of World War II, the Japanese Navy's Type II Ka Mi airship participated in the Battle of Saipan in the Mariana Islands from June 15 to July 9, 1944. The Type 2 Internal Combustion Boat is the abbreviation for the Special Type 2 Internal Combustion Engine Tank, also known as the Type 2 Amphibious Tank. It consists of three parts: a front floating tank, a body, and a rear floating tank. When it travels and engages in combat on land, it will unload the front and rear floating tanks, presenting the appearance of a light tank.
