    Historical Background

    Landkreuzer P.1000 "Ratte" was a 1000-ton super-heavy land cruiser project proposed by Krupp in 1942. The original project was cancelled in early 1943 and no prototype was ever constructed. This kit belongs to the Fist of War alternate history series, imagining a modified variant fitted with Scharnhorst battleship turret entering combat in 1944. It is a fantasy conceptual armoured vehicle, not a real-world manufactured combat vehicle.
