Among Takom’s latest new releases, this Project 1123 Moskva-class Aviation Cruiser has garnered an exceptionally high level of attention.

The boxed set boasts an enormous size; the hull stretches over half a meter in length. It comes with two photo-etched sheets and a large complement of shipboard helicopters, one sprue of which features transparent plastic helicopter parts.

The lower hull is molded as a single integral piece, while the side hull sections are split into two separate parts. Embossed porthole details are molded onto the surface.

Details are provided for both fore and aft decks, with elevators available in two optional configurations.

The superstructure boasts abundant fine details, with crisp small features such as hatches and ladders. However, the main superstructure is constructed from multiple separate parts, requiring seam filling for a seamless finish.
